Cancellation and Refund Policy for Aster Advice

At Aster Advice, we strive to offer exceptional spiritual services and digital products. This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and returns to ensure clarity and satisfaction for our clients.

Cancellation Policy

Services (Psychic Readings, Tarot Readings, Remote Reiki Healing)

Due to the nature of our services, we do not accept cancellations once the service has been performed.

If a service is not yet performed and you wish to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Digital Products (Meditation Packs, Courses)

Cancellations for digital products are not accepted once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

If you have not accessed or downloaded the product, you may request a cancellation within 3 days of purchase.

Return and Refund Policy

Services

Since our services are delivered in digital format (e.g., PDF reports), returns are not applicable.

Refunds for services are only provided if we, at Aster Advice, cancel the service order for any reason. 

Digital Products

Returns are not applicable for digital products once they are accessed or downloaded.

A 3-day refund policy is applicable if the digital product has not been accessed or downloaded. Refund requests must be made within this period.

Process for Cancellation and Refund

• To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at asteradvice@gmail.com with your order details or contact us via contact page.

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 days of the request being approved. Exceptions

• Any exceptions to this policy will be at the discretion of Aster Advice management and communicated directly to the client.

Policy Changes

Aster Advice reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Return Policy. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
